Can I add to or cancel my order?

 

Yes, you can add to or cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase by contacting us through email.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Are any of the items able to be returned or refunded?

No, in order to keep our products free of contamination, and to ensure that our clients get the best products possible, the items are not able to be returned. If  an item is damaged while in transit, then your order will be replaced. If the original seal is still intact, you can return an item for exchange. You will have to pay the shipping cost both ways. All exchanges must be approved. Please contact us.

 

How do I track my order?

An email will be sent that includes the tracking number and shipping details including when the item was shipped out and when it is expected to arrive.
